Since 2006, Barri has helped her clients look their best. The Columbia native got her start in the industry after her father encouraged her to give cosmetology school a try. She took part in specialized color training in Paris and Chicago and gained a technical view of the artistic world of hair color. She found the transition refreshing and founded process. in 2014.

Her favorite part of owning and running process is helping her coworkers and fellow stylists grow, not only professionally but also personally. She loves sitting with her stylists and helping them map out retirement plans, buy their first home, and set five-year goals just to watch them knock them out in half the time.

Barri’s husband Lance is her sweet and hilarious best friend. Together they have two daughters, Lola and Gussie, and three crazy dogs, Louie, Stella, and Tubby. Barri loves to travel with her family and is passionate about seeing different parts of the world.
