Since 2006, Barri has helped her clients look their best. Ever eager to improve, she has traveled all over the world furthering her education. Specialized color training in Paris and Chicago have helped give her a more technical view of the artistic world of hair color.

A native of Maine, Josh is now happy to call Columbia and Process his home. Since 2010, Josh has specialized in cutting, coloring and keratin treatments. Whether you are looking for perfectly sunkissed highlights, an elegant bob, or a funky pink mohawk — Josh’s can-do attitude will leave you thrilled with your hair and ready for your next visit the instant you are finished.

Since 2008, Amber has been using her professional training and love for the beauty industry to keep clients feeling and looking great everyday. Amber considers herself an artist and has a deep appreciation for attention to detail when designing the perfect look.

Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from The University of South Carolina, but then realized her true passion was making people beautiful. Since 2012, Ashley has enjoyed color, cutting and especially styling for special occasions. She is a firm believer that a great blowout can change your life.

Meet Courtney! Before making her way to Columbia, she lived in a small town outside of Charleston. She has a passion for the beauty industry and loves blonding, dimensional color and creating custom looks for her clients. She also enjoys helping clients achieve longer, fuller hair with extensions. After working as a dental assistant for six years, Dana discovered her true passion was art. She's been pursuing it ever since. She loves to express herself through creativity — whether she's doing hair, painting, or writing music. Hair just seemed to fit into her creative world so she attended Paul Mitchell's school. One of her favorite things about being a stylist is making people feel special and valued.

Erin loves collaborating with her clients to create styles that fit their daily lives, whether they have 5 minutes or an hour to spend on their hair. She enjoys making her clients feel relaxed in the salon and confident when they leave. Erin has over five years of experience and specializes in color, cutting and men's grooming.

Garrett is a South Carolina native who attended Hammond School in Columbia. After discovering an interest in hair, he attended Paul Mitchell School Columbia where he perfected his craft and received his cosmetology license. He is also certified in multiple variations of hair extensions. Garrett joined the team at process in the fall of 2014 and invites you to be a part of the process experience.

Jennifer is a South Carolina native who has been creating beautiful hair since 2004. Jennifer enjoys color, cutting and specializes in the Keratin Smoothing System. She is also certified in Hotheads and Babe tape-in hair extensions. Jennifer is a Breast Cancer survivor. As a member of the Young Servivor's Coalition, she helps women who are dealing with the effects of cancer.

Lexie was born and raised in Lexington, SC. After studying in the healthcare field for several years, she finally discovered her passion - hair. Lexie attended Paul Mitchell the School of Columbia in 2017. She is creative at heart, and in her free time enjoys painting, exploring the outdoors, and learning new color techniques! Lexie not only loves blonding and balayage, but also the transformation of a keratin treatment!

Growing up in North Dakota, Lindsey spent her days running around her grandmother’s hair salon and has had a passion to create beautiful hair ever since. Lindsey moved to Columbia with her husband in 2017 and they welcomed a son shortly after. Lindsey has been making her clients feel gorgeous since 2013 and she would love to do the same for you!

Raquelle found her passion for the beauty industry shortly after she relocated from Mississippi to South Carolina. She is ecstatic to be a part of the Process family. She enjoys cutting and coloring and is always willing to learn new techniques and trends.

Shannon spent 15 years in the legal field before switching gears and pursuing a career in cosmetology. She enjoys making people feel confident and beautiful for those special times in their lives. She lives in forest acres with her husband of 18 years and their daughter Quinn.

Sarah graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management. After graduating, Sarah worked in both retail and outside sales and then property management for student housing. Needing a change, the fun atmosphere of managing a hair salon seemed to be a perfect fit. Sarah loves seeing happy clients and strives to give each person the ultimate salon experience with every visit.
