Carinna

Meet Carinna, a Southern California native who's been doing hair (officially and unofficially) for about as long as she can remember. Growing up in dance and cheer meant her friends were always in need of a slick bun, a perfect pony, or some last-minute glam, and she happily obliged. What started as doing everyone's hair before practice turned into a real passion, and eventually, a career.

At Process, it's the people that make it. The team feels less like coworkers and more like friends and family, the kind of place where everyone's pulling for each other. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her camping, soaking up the beach, or hanging with her three dogs. And if hair weren't enough, she's also obsessed with nails and makeup — basically a one-stop beauty shop.
